While many in the community have expressed concern over the purchase, various staff from Giant Bomb and GameSpot have come forward to affirm that Fandom has guaranteed all staff will keep their jobs, titles, and salaries.
Obviously the big news item everyone is talking about is Fandom's purchase of the site from Red Ventures.
I don't want this to come across as a sales pitch, but as we will review shortly, there are some exciting things coming up in the future that give me and many others confidence that the future is brighter than some might want you to believe. However, regardless of where you stand regarding Fandom's purchase of the site, I think we can all agree the staff have shown with the Giant Bombathon that there is a collection of excited people and guests that want to continue putting up a great show for all to enjoy.
